Donations are being raised bidding only on the time and skills of people involved in the auctions. Sweet Charity believes in the principles of noncommercial fair use and fair dealing.

Sweet Charity makes no guarantees regarding the provision or quality of the services being offered or the item(s) being created. Sweet Charity is not responsible for the services or items being offered and does not own, distribute, or solicit any of the services or items being offered by individuals via this website.

Offer items or offer categories may be removed from the site at any point without warning.

Sweet Charity is primarily a fundraiser for charity and must be considered as such by those participating. That said, every effort has been made to make the fundraising activities as fun and fair as possible. All donations are passed on to the respective charities - Sweet Charity does not retain any funds for expenses, fees or overhead costs.

Sweet Charity is not affiliated with RAINN or any other charities that donations are raised for in any way. However, where possible, we will contact the charities in advance for permission to raise funds on their behalf.
